I want to report a serious concern with AI-Cloud's accessory that I purchased on August 2, 1982 from your Lake Reuben, Ohio store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Gracie N., but my issue remains unresolved.
