Poor customer service experience with The First Depot

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5941-WZY-9465 placed with The First Depot on March 30, 2023. I paid $952.39 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Mary J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
