Refund refused by WareTech Tianjin Corp.

On May 15, 1980, I signed up for WareTech Tianjin Corp.'s return process at their East Alexafurt, Michigan location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $731.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Felicity X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
