I purchased a service from Advisory Offices of Diligent on August 20, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Malinda P. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
