I have been a loyal customer of Learning Class for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered system (order #ORD-3245-HEY-6624) on September 26, 1998, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
