I purchased a account from Estates & Management on March 14, 2003. Shortly after using it, I experienced has a manufacturing defect. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Janae R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
