On February 1, 1974, I signed up for WebBot Intelligence Group's return process at their Port Angelotown, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $587.49, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sally B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
