I want to report a serious concern with DevCyber's system that I purchased on January 26, 1984 from your Yvettefurt, Mississippi store. The product has has a manufacturing defect despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Lou U., but my issue remains unresolved.
