I want to report a serious concern with DevCyber's service that I purchased on March 11, 2019 from your Lake Jasmin, Minnesota store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Titus L., but my issue remains unresolved.
