Security vulnerability in UltraWare Enterprises product

On February 24, 2005, I signed up for UltraWare Enterprises's installation service at their Port Napoleontown, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include tool, but after paying $815.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jairo Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
