I have been a loyal customer of The Balance Hospital Specialists for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-8900-BHT-9076) on May 19, 2016, and have encountered discovered hidden fees. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
