Hidden fees discovered from Retail Inc International

On November 18, 1980, I signed up for Retail Inc International's warranty service at their Port Veda, Alabama location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $173.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Merle F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
