Warranty claim denied by The Organic Table Teresina

On January 3, 2020, I signed up for The Organic Table Teresina's installation service at their Yoststad, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $389.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Augusta Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
