I have been a loyal customer of The Tasty Feast Baltimore for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-9089-BFP-1444) on May 19, 1995, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
