I am writing regarding order #ORD-9488-OSY-4535 placed with The Wisdom Education on September 8, 1988. I paid $229.88 for application, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Seth M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
