Poor customer service experience with The Wisdom Education

On July 28, 1981, I signed up for The Wisdom Education's training session at their Port Tomasa, Oregon location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $956.81, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Angelica Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
