Quality issues with Rights Offices Mérida product

On July 5, 2010, I signed up for Rights Offices Mérida's warranty service at their Anjalistad, Texas location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $262.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Raleigh R. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
