Warranty claim denied by UltraSoft

On July 25, 2016, I signed up for UltraSoft's support package at their East Alessia, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $963.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Dan F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
