On November 19, 1975, I signed up for The Global Bazaar's warranty service at their Kingville, Washington location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $164.92, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Richmond W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
