Unsatisfactory resolution from Classic Investments Ltd.

On February 13, 1995, I signed up for Classic Investments Ltd.'s upgrade service at their Port Chaim, Indiana location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $578.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ransom N. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
