I purchased a device from AdvanceUniversity Group on October 21, 2015. Shortly after using it, I experienced is missing essential components. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with George O. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
