Misleading advertising by QualityMarket Punggol

On February 19, 2004, I signed up for QualityMarket Punggol's training session at their Samsonview, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $284.74, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Travis M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
