I have been a loyal customer of QualityMarket Punggol for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered item (order #ORD-2246-BNL-8449) on October 23, 1993, and have encountered experienced long delays. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
