On June 16, 2005, I signed up for Easy Finds Collective's troubleshooting service at their Thielborough, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include system, but after paying $450.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Viva X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
