Unsatisfactory resolution from Easy Finds Collective

On August 30, 1998, I signed up for Easy Finds Collective's training session at their Cathyport, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $792.1, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Collin I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
