I purchased a package from Easy Finds Collective on September 6, 1972. Shortly after using it, I experienced had repeated billing errors. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Walker D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
