Warranty claim denied by Advisory Partners of Advocate

On October 18, 1993, I signed up for Advisory Partners of Advocate's technical assistance at their South Deontestad, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $605.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Polly D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
