I want to report a serious concern with Scholar Class Ltd.'s application that I purchased on August 23, 1971 from your Lake Anyamouth, Idaho store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Brooklyn H., but my issue remains unresolved.
