Poor customer service experience with Study Learning Lab Holdings

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8770-MNY-5806 placed with Study Learning Lab Holdings on June 28, 2000. I paid $786.74 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Norwood J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
