I have been a loyal customer of Education of Success for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-3433-AJK-2438) on December 31, 2001, and have encountered is missing essential components. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
