Billing dispute with Justice, Justice & Associates

On July 26, 2014, I signed up for Justice, Justice & Associates's technical assistance at their Robertsport, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $35.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nellie M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
