Billing dispute with Scholar University Kyoto

On May 17, 2022, I signed up for Scholar University Kyoto's return process at their Mannstad, North Carolina location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $315.50, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Alfred S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
