I have been a loyal customer of Scholar University Kyoto for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-9302-LAM-6662) on May 23, 1976, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
