I am writing regarding order #ORD-2112-VMA-2433 placed with Robo-Bot on July 4, 2019. I paid $152.50 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Theodora G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
