Delayed delivery from Elite Center Ang Mo Kio

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7033-EJS-8613 placed with Elite Center Ang Mo Kio on December 8, 2003. I paid $871.51 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Marty D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
