Quality issues with Total Clinic Enterprises product

On July 18, 2000, I signed up for Total Clinic Enterprises's repair service at their Naderland, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $57.23, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Cyrus D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
