I have been a loyal customer of Culinary Group International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered platform (order #ORD-2166-XFI-1287) on April 14, 2005, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
