I am writing regarding order #ORD-2246-JYP-2528 placed with Trendy Emporium Nakhon Ratchasima Inc. on October 28, 2017. I paid $399.39 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jan V. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
