False promises made by EliteCollege representative

On February 27, 1973, I signed up for EliteCollege's exchange program at their Veumshire, Texas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $322.13, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Mazie X. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
