Frustrated with ValueShop International's lack of response

On April 22, 1975, I signed up for ValueShop International's delivery service at their Francescoborough, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $813.21, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Addie P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
