Warranty claim denied by ValueShop International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2177-WOX-3002 placed with ValueShop International on September 1, 2008. I paid $532.57 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Breana J. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
