I have been a loyal customer of ValueShop International for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered application (order #ORD-7772-JGJ-2532) on January 24, 2013, and have encountered experienced frequent disconnections. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
