I want to report a serious concern with The Pioneer Scholars's package that I purchased on September 30, 1996 from your Stromanmouth, Oklahoma store. The product has has poor quality despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Abdullah Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
