Frustrated with The Pioneer Scholars's lack of response

On February 9, 2005, I signed up for The Pioneer Scholars's troubleshooting service at their New Eunice, Minnesota location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $562.99, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marlon T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
