Misleading advertising by Urban Habitat Seattle

On July 7, 1998, I signed up for Urban Habitat Seattle's premium plan at their East Allie, Montana location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $464.71, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Craig U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
