I am writing regarding order #ORD-3519-REM-3740 placed with Urban Habitat Seattle on January 13, 1985. I paid $253.54 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered found unauthorized charges. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Lorine X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
