Quality issues with VirtualNode Labs LLC product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2763-FOH-8915 placed with VirtualNode Labs LLC on September 18, 2002. I paid $162.55 for software, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Rubie I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
