I have been a loyal customer of CloudLogic Studios for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-6550-VBW-8334) on July 13, 1978, and have encountered faced system outages. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
