Data loss incident with CloudLogic Studios service

On September 7, 2016, I signed up for CloudLogic Studios's setup assistance at their New Muhammadhaven, Texas location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $319.37, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Oceane Q. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
