Delayed delivery from Superior Residence Corp.

On October 10, 1989, I signed up for Superior Residence Corp.'s exchange program at their East Floydport, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $325.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bailey W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
